Review : This is the best book I’ve ever read on leadership, hands down. The message is simple and easy to understand yet incredibly powerful . He used the story of a new CEO to illustrate the concepts in an enjoyable way and to see how they can be applied. Love this book, so valuable to me on my own leadership journey. When I bring it up on senior management meetings everyone instantly knows it and is sharing quotes and concepts. I consider it a must read for basically everyone, no matter your industry or role.
