Review : I do not read for leisure. I do not enjoy reading or look forward to it, and usually will only read when required to. I bought this book as part of a leadership training requirement and it engaged me immediately. Well written, easy to read, and now I am considering buying the subsequent books that follow it, to continue learning about the box concept and how it applies to the real world.
